Bookmarks and a Give Away

My daughter has taught her children the basic core values, one being generosity. One way to demonstrate this is to have them give their teacher’s gifts. Since she is the busy mother of seven active children … I usually make the teacher’s gifts (working them into my design team assignments) and ship them to FL. I try to put some thought into these gifts making them practical and something the teachers will actually use and enjoy. My goal this year is to make something for each of their teachers every month. We’ll see …

So this month the teachers are getting bookmarks to use as awards or incentives. Since I had a design team reveal up at Just Imagine Crafts/Kreaxions Punches and had just purchased the Teacher’s Pet line from Echo Park, I found this task easy. I used cardstock and the patterned paper to create the bookmarks. I gave them a little extra wow factor by using the 4 in 1 Kreaxions punches.

Here is a sampling of the bookmarks:

Kreaxions 4 in 1 punches 918 & 920

Kreaxions 4 in 1 punches 311 & 906

Kreaxions 4 in 1 punches 910 & 916

I'm also having a give away:  Leave a comment on my blog for this post and your name will be entered into a random drawing (to take place on October 7, 2015).  One lucky participant will win the following:

A set of stencils

The Positioning parts

The Kreaxions 4 in 1 punch #311

  1. I think it is awesome that you are doing that for the teachers. When my children were in the lower grades I always tried to get their teacherssomething special at Christmas and would bake cookies and things like that. It was always so appreciated. Teachers often don't get the appreciation they deserve and they are on the front lines and spend more time with our kids than anyone else. BL
