It’s Monday and time for another challenge on the Kaboodle Doodles Challenge Blog.
Challenge #147 Stripes and/or Polka Dots.
For this challenge I made treat cones for my grandsons teacher’s. I used my Cricut and the Winter Woodland cartridge. It’s actually the steeple turned upside down. These were so easy to make!

One random drawn prize winner will receive 3 images from Pink Gem Designs.

What do you do with an egg carton once you have used all the eggs? Usually I throw them away. The eggs I buy come in a Styrofoam container and cost about $1.89. A few weeks ago while I was at the grocery store I noticed eggs in these clear plastic egg cartons to the tune of $4.32. All I could think of was who in their right mind would buy eggs for $4.32 … I don’t care if they are organic?! For whatever reasons I kept thinking of those clear egg cartons and the possibilities of altering them. So yes, the next week I purchased the eggs in the clear carton for $4.32. And let me tell you it was so worth it! I altered the clear container and filled it with little pairs of socks for my granddaughter Gracelynn. How adorable is this?!

The November sketch is up at My Sketch World. Be sure to check out the blog for some wonderful inspiration from the Design Team.
This was my take on the sketch. I usually only scrap one photo on a layout. This sketch took me out of my box a little and I used the last of Jessica’s pregnancy photos (with Gracelynn).
Speaking of Gracelynn … we think she is just adorable!
